Refund policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date.
Email us at orders@doinggoodmerch.com for authorization before you send anything back.

If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed or worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. We will invoice you for shipping the return item after we have received back the item you are exchanging.

If you received the wrong item or the item you received was defective or damaged, please let us know. We want to make it right. We will send you a shipping label to return the item and send out your new item once we have received the return.
